Pointcloud in VR

In this section, we'll demonstrate the point cloud in VR and allow you to walk around the scene using teleportation. By having collisions counted on the cloud, we can add NavMeshBoundsVolume, and PlayerStart with a basic VRpawn player. We need to change the scale of the point cloud to 0.5 for proper scaling.
